To address these challenges, we developed SightCall Launchpad, a comprehensive internal platform that centralized all brand guidelines, assets, and tools. With an intuitive interface, the Launchpad empowered employees with instant access to everything they needed to uphold SightCall’s brand standards. This self-serve platform allowed teams to manage their brand resources independently and onboard external agencies without requiring constant design oversight, streamlining processes across departments.

It led to a significant reduction in small requests for brand assets and design support, freeing the creative team to focus on strategic initiatives.
