SightCall Digital Flows, an advanced digital process automation solution for visual, self-guided work execution, was designed to complement the core Visual Assistance technology. As a separate upsell product, it required a distinct identity to stand out in the market while still aligning with the overarching SightCall brand. Striking the right balance between differentiation and brand consistency was crucial, and the challenge lay in creating a unique look and feel without straying from the company’s visual identity.

We developed a refined visual identity for Digital Flows using a limited color palette, emphasizing distinct product imagery that clearly set it apart from the core product. This approach maintained the cohesion of the SightCall brand while allowing Digital Flows to stand out as a premium offering. The design and messaging highlighted the product’s advanced capabilities, positioning it as a natural extension of SightCall’s suite of tools for digital process automation.
Results:
Digital Flows achieved significant success as an upsell product, eventually becoming integral to SightCall’s broader offering. Its success led to its absorption into the flagship product, rebranded as SightCall VISION, which now boasts its own distinct branding. The evolution of Digital Flows into VISION demonstrates the effectiveness of the initial branding strategy, and VISION continues to play a key role in SightCall's growth, further enhancing the company’s market leadership.
